I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially nicole. the hotel is in a great location. It is just steps away from the metro. the housekeeping service was good. I found the lobby great and the hotel very clean.

the shower head sometimes takes around 4-5 minutes for the water to start. when it does, cold water runs for another 5 minutes before the hot water comes through.

the hotel has a business center with computers and printers available. i also appreciated the provided ironing board and iron in my room. the front desk staff offered helpful assistance and quick service at all times. i found the location convenient with the metro station just a short walk away

i noticed a very slight musty smell in the bathroom upon arrival though it dissipated quickly after turning on the ventilation
